“I came to Jillian having several inflammatory issues, Lymes disease, wheat/gluten, dairy, rice, and corn allergies. “I made an appointment with Jillian after attending a seminar where she spoke. I have a lot of knowledge about nutrition but she impressed me initially with her expertise, and that continued after I made an appointment. Before starting my wellness program with Jillian, I was constantly tired, sleeping poorly, had years long chronic pain, poor mental clarity and could not lose weight even though I lead a very active lifestyle. I thought that by pushing myself physically that the changes I wanted to see in my body would happen but no matter how hard I exercised, I didn’t feel healthy; and in fact, my pain increased.
